And the variety between each and every truck presents an abundance of innovative cuisine. For locals, of course, you can find your fair share of southern comfort food from North Carolinians, but you can also find Mediterranean eats, and Asian specialties. One of the main reasons food trucks love Winston-Salem is the legendary Burke Street Food Truck Festival. This annual festival is one of the biggest in the country, as it brings in nearly one hundred food trucks to downtown Winston for thousands to enjoy.
